TAKING THE HARD PLACE
DEEP IN THE HEART, hidden in the secret places, everyone faces life’s challenges by choosing one of two basic attitudes. One is to shun and shirk and loiter and lurk in the easy places. The other places, and occupy the hard ground.
What choices do you make daily - at home, work, school, play? At the church and the gym, in travel and in leisure, are you willing to dare to do the difficult? Just as teh most valuable pearls require the most dangerous diving, so also does life require of us. Jesus said it well, “Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it.”
