CROSS OVER!
IN THE OLD TESTAMENT a great crossing changed the destiny of the people of God forever - the Hebrews’ crossing over the Jordan River in the days of Joshua. The generation that had wandered in teh wilderness for 40 years made the decision to cross the Jordan River into the Promised Land. IT required the people to commit to God’s leadership and he willing to follow the will of God.
When you prepare to cross over a river in your life, you also need the certainty of divine direction. If you keep your eyes on the Jordan, you will be so paralyzed, you’ll never mover. But when you keep you eyes on the manifest presence of God, you can move when you see God move.
