IT’S TIME TO TAKE A RISK
WHAT IS IT ABOUT TAKING RISKS that excites us and at the very same time makes us fearful? We seem to be in love with the idea of risks if somebody else is taking the risk. While only brave or crazy few are daring enough to take chances, the rest of us watch in awe, shaking our heads and exclaiming, “Boy, look at that!” Whatever the reason, we like the idea of taking risks - to certain extent, that is.
How willing are you to take a risk for the sake of Christ? Our Christian lifestyle has become awfully lame and same and tame. We may begin to wonder, “Does Christ expect normal, average me to risk something for Him?” The answer is yes.
