A SECOND TOUCH
THIS BLIND MAN had to admit he needed another healing touch from the Lord. For the only time in His ministry, Jesus asked if something worked. Perhaps Jesus healed this man in two steps to keep the man’s attention on Him so that he would cling to Him. If Jesus had done all of this at once, this man might not have depended on Him.
You many say, “I see no way out.” Yet you wouldn’t be here now if God had not given you many ways out. You say, “I can’t make it to the first of the month. “ But God has given you resources in the mail, refunds, dividends, closed accounts, inheritances, and friends you hardly knew. You need to get His second touch.
